Information Compliance Administrative Assistant Grade 5: £28,759 - £33,966 Location: Central Oxford, regular onsite with opportunities available for remote working two to three days a week. About the role We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the University’s Information Compliance Team which handles compliance with data protection and freedom of information legislation. You will provide a wide range of administrative support for the team and the Assurance Directorate as a whole, and, in particular, the Head of Information Compliance. Responsibilities will include the recording and tracking of information requests; management of mailboxes and filing systems; diary management; the preparation and analysis of management data; organising and supporting meetings and training sessions; and responding to general enquiries. About You The successful applicant will be an experienced administrator and/or executive assistant with a breadth and depth of expertise in office administration, including excellent IT skills; the ability to manage a busy and varied workload; the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with internal clients and external contacts; and the ability to build excellent working relationships with individuals and departments throughout the collegiate University.
